By accessing the Smart Emerald website or client portal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our services
Smart Emerald provides company formation, secretarial, finance, legal, tax and IT support services. The specific deliverables, timelines and fees for your project are agreed in your individual engagement.
Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide. You must not misuse the portal or attempt to access data that is not yours.
Identity verification (KYC/KYB)
To meet our anti-money-laundering and regulatory obligations, we verify the identity of clients and their beneficial owners. We may suspend or decline service where verification cannot be completed.
Fees and payment
Fees for each service are set out in your engagement or quote. Unless stated otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Intellectual property
All content on this website and portal is owned by Smart Emerald or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, Smart Emerald is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
